Lynsey Scott (b.1993) is a self-taught abstract artist based in Glasgow. She uses experimental techniques and a variety of mediums to create rich textures and elemental abstractions. Her work is often inspired by nature, but unconstrained by traditional landscape aesthetics. Her new collection Between Lines (2021) combines bold colour palettes with striking and often playful marks to create free and intuitive compositions.
